Shipping Policy

We carry abundance of the stocks on our website and subject to availability we seek to deliver all orders within 3 business days. If the item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will inform you accordingly by email. You can choose to have the refund or replacement with other items.

We offer attractive shipping rate while using fast and reliable courier service. The shipping charges will be calculated automatically based on the destination country provided and the weight of the items ordered.

1. UPS (United Parcel Service) 

We offer UPS service for customers within the United States and Canada. The delivery time is about 3 to 4 days and the shipping rate is as follows:

1st 0.5 kg (1.1 pounds) = $28.00

Every subsequent 0.5 kg = $10 

2. TNT or EMS

We offer TNT or EMS service for all the countries. The delivery time is about 5 to 9 days and the shipping rate is as follows:

3. DHL/ Fedex

We offer DHL or Fedex service for the US and Canada for larger order. The delivery time is about 5 to 7 days and the shipping rate is as follows:

1st 1 kg (2.2 pounds) = $30.00

Every subsequent 0.5 kg = $6

 4. Air Mail (Registered Mail)

For drop ship or small wholesale order, customers may choose to ship the items by Airmail, which is a cheaper than UPS and EMS. The shipping time is about 14 to 21 days. Airmail provides a reference number which can be checked with the Post Office. The table below provides an estimate shipping cost for one item for each type of product.

Special Rate for Express Service to UAE:

• 1st0.5kg = USD14.00
• Every Subsequent 0.5kg = USD6.00

Special Rate for Express Service to South Africa:

• 1st0.5kg = USD24.00
• Every Subsequent 0.5kg = USD12.00

Tracking Number

You can check the tracking number of your shipment in your account after the package is shipped. For remote areas, it may take an additional 2 to 3 days to reach, depending on the location. Please email us at sales@lingerie-supplies.com if you did not receive a tracking number after 5 working days from the date of order, or you did not receive he package after 14 days the package was sent.

If your order exceeds 1,000 pieces, we advise the order be sent by sea cargo or air cargo as it is more cost effective. We shall advise on the freight accordingly when such circumstances arise. 

Note: If the total weight of your order exceeds 10kg, we may upgrade your shipping to Fedex under our discretion. The delivery time for these shipping options are much shorter.
