SHIPPING POLICY
We carry abundance of the stocks on our website and subject to availability we seek to deliver all orders within 3 business days. If the item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will inform you accordingly by email. You can choose to have the refund or replacement with other items.
We offer attractive shipping rate while using fast and reliable courier service. The shipping charges will be calculated automatically based on the destination country provided and the weight of the items ordered.
1. UPS (United Parcel Service)
We offer UPS service for customers in the United States and Canada. The delivery time is about 3 to 4 days and the shipping rate is as follows:
1st 0.5 kg = $19.00
Every subsequent 0.5 kg = $6.00
2. EMS (Express Mail Service) or TNT
We offer EMS service for customers from the rest of the world. In some cases we can change it to TNT at our discretion. The delivery time for EMS is about 5 to 7 working days and the shipping rate is as follows:

Note: If the total weight of your order exceeds 10kg, we may upgrade your shipping to UPS or DHL under our discretion. The delivery time for these shipping options are much shorter.
Tracking Number
You can check the tracking number of your shipment in your account after the package is shipped. You can track your items on the website of the Postal Service in your respective countries. If you are unsure of what tracking site should you use, you can track it here. In normal circumstances, the shipment takes about 5 to 8 working days to reach. For remote areas, it may take an additional 2 to 3 days to reach, depending on the location. Please email us at sales@lingerie-supplies.com. if you did not receive a tracking number after 5 working days from the date of order, or you did not receive he package after 14 days the package was sent.
If your order exceeds 1,000 pieces, we advise the order be sent by sea cargo or air cargo as it is more cost effective. We shall advise on the freight accordingly when such circumstances arise.
3. Registered Mail For Dropship Order
For drop ship of small quantity, customers can choose to ship the items by registered mail, which is cheaper than EMS if they wish to. Registered mail however takes a longer period to arrive which is normally 14 to 21 days depending on the location of the city. The rate for the Registered Mail is calculated as follows (In USD):
Note: This service is NOT applicable to wholesale order. Registered mail is safe but there is no online tracking facility for registered mail.

RETURN POLICY
Most items purchased from our website may be exchanged or returned within 14 working days from the date of shipment.
As the Founder of our company, we stand behind our products.
Only items that were damaged or defective can be returned. However, we will not be responsible for the damages caused by shipping.
Items that are not fit are not returnable. Please email us on the sizes, color etc before purchasing the items.
Please Note:
- Return Order Condition: Only defective items could be returned for refund or exchange. The merchandise returned or exchanged must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Return items with any sign of being worn or washed are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.
- Items Not Returnable: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange or return of panties, bikinis, g-string, thongs, or similar intimate items.
- Shipping Charges for Return Items: Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items and they should take up the insurance at own cost. For defective items, we will bear up to US$15 for each return shipping fee.
- Shipping Option or Return Items: When sending a return or exchange it is recommended that you use a parcel service such EMS, UPS or DHL that offers a tracking method. If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of the return goods.
- Shipping Duration for Return Items: Return items must be received within 14 days of the RA number being issued. Items received after 14 days will be classified as unacceptable and not refunded.
- Credits: Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing of your credit.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable: The shipping and handling charges are not refundable but we will not deduct any further cost for the return.
How To Return/Exchange an Item
- If there is a problem with the order, e-mail us at sales@lingerie-supplies.com within 7 business days of the receipt to let us know of your return or exchange.
- You will receive a questionnaire for this issue via reply email. Send back with your answers filled in the questionnaire.
- You will be issued a Return Authorization number via reply email if the return is deemed acceptable. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA.
- Use the original shipping box and packing materials if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. The questionnaire form should be printed and included in the package with your returned merchandise, together with the return receipt that proves the date of your receipt of the orde.
- Drop off your package at your return courier's station or schedule a home pickup. Be sure to keep a copy of your tracking information for your records.
- Allow up to 14 days for your return package to arrive and your request to be processed. To ensure no problems occur, contact us at sales@lingerie-supplies.com to follow up on your request.
Credit or replacement item will be issued/shipped within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
